Different from the cryogenic rectification process, vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) realizes the removal of other gases and impurities in the air under specific adsorption condition through molecular sieves, thereby generating gaseous oxygen products with a purity of up to 93%. It is mainly used for chemical fertilizer, methanol, oxygen-enriched gas generation, non-ferrous metal smelting, oxygen-enriched blast furnace ironmaking, electric arc furnace steelmaking, ozone denitration, pulp bleaching, glass, sewage treatment, and etc.
