A standard Small Size Air Separation Unit developed to meet the needs of small industrial gas users. Fundamental: pressurized dry saturated air enters the fractionator and is further cooled to become liquid air, and then rectified in the fractionator with multiple partial evaporations and multiple partial condensations to generate pure liquid oxygen and pure nitrogen (oxygen and nitrogen have different boiling points).

Fundamental: pressurized dry saturated air enters the fractionator and is further cooled to become liquid air, and then rectified in the fractionator with multiple partial evaporations and multiple partial condensations to generate pure liquid oxygen and pure nitrogen (oxygen and nitrogen have different boiling points). The liquid oxygen can be channeled out directly to user or it can interact with pressurized gaseous nitrogen in the heat exchanger to generate gaseous oxygen.
