The liquid oxygen is pressurized to the required pressure in the cold box through liquid oxygen pumps, and then it exchanges heat with the pressurized air pressurized by the booster compressor through the medium pressure heat exchanger, then gasified, and finally the gas is sent to the users. The pressure of oxygen and nitrogen generated can reach 8.5MPa, which can meet the requirement of diverse pressures of gaseous oxygen and nitrogen in chemical industry.
