In comparison with conventional pure oxygen air separation process and VPSA process, the three-column low-temperature rectification process developed by Kaiyuan Air Separation for blast furnace ironmaking, non-ferrous metallurgy and oxygen-enriched gas generation has greatly reduced the pressure of the air compressor with energy consumption lowered to the same level as that of pressure swing adsorption. In addition, it produces nitrogen gas as well, thus providing the best solution for large oxygen-enriched process users.

Product Description

At present, Kaiyuan has realized product serialization, and has designed and manufactured products with different oxygen purity, such as 90% O2, 85% O2, 80% O2 and 70% O2.
