215,000 Nm3 oxygen air separation units have been started up complete successfully

Kylin's leading product air separation equipment has formed a series of 1500-60000Nm3/h and has the ability to manufacture air separation equipment of 100000 levels. Recently, Kylin's two sets of 15,000 and five sets of 30,000 pure oxygen ultra-low pressure and one set of 35,000 oxygen-rich ultra-low pressure air separation units have all been started up successfully, the production and purity of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, krypton xenon, and helium neon products all meet or exceed the contract requirements, with stable operation and excellent energy consumption performance. This marks the perfect completion of the 215000 oxygen air separation units signed between Henan Kylin and customer after 16 months cycle of design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning, providing assistance for the customer's structural optimization, technical improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency increase! 

The entire set of equipment is an ultra-low pressure air separation unit independently developed, designed, and manufactured by Kaiyuan Air Separation. It adopts molecular sieve adsorption purification, pressurized turbine expander cooling, and a regular packing upper and lower column ultra-low pressure process. The overall technology is leading domestically, and the main performance indicators reach the international advanced level, it is one of the most advanced ultra-low pressure air separation processes in contemporary times.
